Cookie Statement
Last updated 16 October 2026
CollectPerform uses a small number of cookies, and all of them exist to make signing in and staying signed in work. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use any analytics, tracking or profiling service.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. When your browser later makes another request to the same site, it sends the file back. That is how a website can tell that two separate requests came from the same person, which is what makes it possible to stay signed in as you move between pages.
2. The cookies CollectPerform sets
| Cookie | Lasts | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
collectperform-session |
120 minutes of inactivity | Identifies your signed-in session. Without it every page you opened would ask you to sign in again. The contents are encrypted, and the cookie holds only a reference — your session data is stored on our server, not in your browser. |
XSRF-TOKEN |
120 minutes | A security token. It lets the application confirm that a form you submitted was really submitted by you from a CollectPerform page, and not by another site acting in your name. This is a protection against cross-site request forgery. |
3. Why we do not ask for your consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary for a service the user has asked for. Every cookie in the table above exists solely to deliver the sign-in that you requested, so we rely on the strictly-necessary exemption rather than asking you to accept them.
This is why you will not see a cookie banner. There is deliberately no “remember me” option at sign-in, so there is no long-lived login cookie and nothing here that needed a judgement call. It stays true only while CollectPerform adds no analytics or marketing technology; if that ever changes, this statement changes with it and we will ask for your consent before setting anything new.
4. Cookies we do not set
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No analytics cookies — there is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or equivalent.
- No social media or embedded third-party content that would set cookies of its own.
- No cross-site tracking, and no sale or sharing of behavioural data. We do not do this.
5. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Because the cookies above are required to sign in, blocking them will prevent you from using CollectPerform — you will be returned to the sign-in page each time you try to open a page.
